It's nice that they now have another location in Eldon, which is just as awesome as the one in Osage Beach. I've gone in several times and they've always been wonderful. From the front staff that greets you at the door to the bud tenders that are so kind and helped if you're unsure or want to try something new or whatever it may be. I went in today and I had Finnegan and I've had them a few times and they're always so helpful. They helped me figure out what I wanted because I can never remember names/brands for the life of me and they were so perfect and helpful. Thank you guys so much and definitely recommend!!!
Very chill vibes, nice and relaxing. Everyone who works there goes above and beyond to get you the best deals for money, and they will explain greatly the terps and all those things to you. They really seem to enjoy their customers. I've never felt like I'm being rushed to choose and hurry up, which some places unfortunately have made me feel that way. I gave 4 instead of 5 stars just because it is the most expensive dispensary in my area. Rewards program is pretty good tho.
This place used to be good. I stopped going because the prices are climbing without quality improving. I called when they did not apply the discount and I noticed at home. They said they would have a manager call and I never received a call text or email. Bad customer service. I now regularly visit Codes, that place is fantastic and they appreciate being tipped well. Anybody from latitude can tell you I always treated them well. The management failed on this one.
Awesome place to stop by. The team here makes each experience personalized and I feel so heard. It's also really cool to be able to ask for recommendations and not hear a cookie cutter of a response but actual feedback. Really cool environment and peeps!
